PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Solo, Electron, Maestro, and UK bank cheques in pound sterling. Please make cheques payable to 'Woods the Stationers Ltd' and enclose the order details, a delivery address and contact number in the event of a query. Note that when paying by cheque, goods can only be dispatched once the cheque has been cleared. Please allow 14 days. Please do not send payment by bank notes or coins. When paying by debit or credit card, you are authorising us to debit your card with the total cost of your purchase, including VAT and delivery if appropriate. If your card cannot be verified or is in any way unacceptable, we will cancel payment and the order will not be dispatched. Goods are supplied to availability, we offer no compensation for any item we can not supply. A full refund will be given for any item paid in advance which we cannot supply.

PRICING
All Prices shown are in pounds sterling and include VAT currently at 20%. We regularly monitor our website and aim to constantly provide accurate product information and correct pricing on all items offered. We reserve the right to alter pricing at any time and if an item is offered in error we will contact you with the correct price and ask whether you wish to proceed with your order.

Purchasing from our website is easy and safe. We use the latest technology to ensure your payment and personal details remain safe at all times. Our website is protected by 128 bit password protected payment encryption. If you are, however, nervous about supplying your card details on line then please call us on 01225 445347 so one of our staff can take your details over the phone or fax us your details on 01225 460466.

PRIVACY
We respect your right to privacy as much as we do ours! If you choose to make a purchase none of your details are ever passed on to any third party. Furthermore, we will not send you any of our own marketing and news of future special offers. We hope you come back to us of your own accord without being prompted by us or anyone else!

Because we trade from a retail shop, we have many more items for sale that are not displayed on the website. Please contact us on 01225 445347 with any other requirements you may have, we are only to happy to help locate that difficult to come by item.
